Do you offer it in any other states?

Yes, we have offered the course in Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; New Jersey; Florida; California; as well as in four foreign countries. It all depends on demand.

Can you come and offer the class for me in my city?

We cannot travel all the way to your place just to cater to a single individual. However, if you have a significant number of people available in your area (i.e., a class group) we can offer it there for your convenience.

How much is the cost of housing?

Currently, at our Atlanta location, the hotel rate is $49/night. It is payable to the hotel directly. There are also other options with several other hotels in the area.

Do I need to pay the hotel bill up front?

No, you do not need to pay until check-out time at the conclusion of the course.

Do I have to stay in the hotel?

No, you don’t have to stay there. You can find your own house or choose to live with relatives if you have some in this area. However, the hotel is convenient because of the lectures. The course is offered there. One would have to only walk from his/her room to a lecture, while staying far away from the hotel may necessitate renting a car and taking taxis, etc. Besides the hotel is very comfortable; people love it there. We try to reduce the stress associated with preparation for the USMLE by giving you a comfortable environment to stay so that you can be organized, and not have to be roaming all over the place.

Can I study in the hotel in the evenings after lecture?

Yes, most of the participants study in the hall at the end of the day’s lecture. Other lounges are available for private studying. And of course you have your own room that you can study in.

Is there a longer term stay option? If I wanted to remain there for several weeks at the conclusion of the course just to study, would they allow it?

Of course, some of our participants do that in order to evade the distractions in their own communities. You can choose to remain in the hotel for as long as you wish.

Is the course right for old graduates?

Yes, it is for all types of graduates. Some of our former participants have been out of school for a long time.

What is the schedule of lessons every day?

We start from 9 AM and go until 2 PM, with a lunch break in between, Monday to Saturday. On days that we take exams, there may be extended periods for discussion of the tests.

Are all subjects covered?

Yes, all the vital subjects are covered.

How is the course structured?

On Systems basis, predominantly. Moreover, certain subjects are also taught separately to give those areas the depth and intensity that they deserve outside the systems module. Examples include Biochemistry, Immunology, and Pharmacology.

Are there lecture notes?

Yes, we have our course notes that we give. That is what we recommend for USMLE review. It has everything, really!

Do you teach from First Aid?

No. While that is a fine text and is excellent for what it was designed for -- rapid review -- we feel that a lot more detail is needed for the exam. However, the detail we offer is not overwhelming.

I heard that your notes are really good. What makes it spectacular?

It teaches the material well, presents the critically vital topics and makes them easier to master. It is not overwhelming like you find in other programs. The right detail is presented. Much has already been made out by so many people that have taken this course, about how they wish they had found our lecture notes earlier.

Do you offer a Question Bank?

Yes, we do offer one written by our experts. And it is very highly regarded by our students.

Can I talk to any of your former students before I sign up? Is there any list of references?

Yes, the brochure you will receive has a long list of references. A compilation of our past students and their contact information and various success stories is offered to every prospective applicant before they sign up for this class. Our program is the only that offers this. You get a large database of people from various backgrounds that have taken the course and gone on to do very well. They will help you understand why the course would be best for you and what to expect. They also serve as important contacts for information on how to gain mastery of the material and meet your expectations. This list of references is regularly updated as new people complete the course and get their USMLE Scores.

What is the average USMLE score of your test-takers?

The average score has recently ranged between 228 and 236. Some have achieved comparatively high scores; there have been scores in the 250s and 240s, while there has been some in the 200s. But the average is near 229. Keep in mind that backgrounds vary among candidates. Some people come here to prepare for the exam having not taken it before while others have been unsuccessful after a few tries. If a person with a previous score of 170 on three attempts takes our class and scores 204, that is a very significant improvement. We always say that we cannot change your past, but we can help shape your future. Most of our students end up saying they wished they had heard of this program much earlier; for they wouldn’t have had a fail on their record.

Upon completion of the course, how long will it take me to be ready for the exam?

This is a very frequently asked question. Because of the variation in backgrounds, people achieve mastery at a different rate.  Some people leave here and combine their studies with a full time job while others even study while raising children. Some new mothers have even combined the nursing of their newborns with the review process. So the rate at which people progress varies. Averagely, it takes 4-8 weeks upon completion of the course to be ready. Some people have been able to do it in 3 weeks while some have needed 2 months or more. Keep in mind that you have to factor in time required to complete a question bank upon gaining mastery of the material. That takes time. Because we do not know you yet, we cannot pinpoint precisely the amount of time it is going to take you to be ready. However, we can make that determination several days after you start the course. We are able to make determination regarding your potential based on the frequent questions posed to each person during the lecture and also based on each person’s performance on the self-assessment exams offered in class every 2-3 days.

What is the cost of the program and what do I get for that fee?

The cost is $3500. It covers the 3-week live lecture course, the notes, and tutorials and guidance from the time the course is completed until the time you actually sit for the exam. For example, if you take the course in December and you plan to sit for the USMLE in April, we are going to continuously teach you and prepare you until you become ready on your April test date. If by April we determine that you would need more time to be ready (based on your score on various assessment exams), we will offer you the suggestion to postpone your exam and get additional

tutorials from us. When we finally determine that you’re ready, then we will advise you to go for the test. Then you will be very likely to succeed. Our program is the only one that offers this, which is why we have such a high pass rate. This is also why the class size is restricted to only 10 students at a time.

Do you offer an online course?

Yes, as of September 2014, we offer an online LIVE course. It is called ONLINE LIVE because it is a live lecture streamed in real-time. That means you can pause the instructor and ask a question anytime just as you would do in a classroom setting. So this is a live lecture, the only thing different is that you watch the proceedings and ask questions from the comfort of your own home.

Do you offer tutorials after hours?

Of course. Try calling at 2 AM with a question and see how we will answer at the first ring! You don’t get this from any other program.

So if the class you want gets filled up you would be offered a seat in the next class to be offered. When in doubt call us for confirmation on seat availability.

Thank you for helping me pass the USMLE with outstanding success; after failing the exam twice before finding out about your course, I was able to achieve a score of 242, and that is the best news I have ever achieved in my whole life. Your notes is very masterfully written and is exactly on point. It covered every aspect of the exam and it wasn't overwhelming to read. I have been spreading the word about your class and your great notes.  -V.P. (Michigan)
